Food has always been closely connected to how I experience culture, travel and home. Growing up in India, travelling widely and now raising a child in Berlin have all shaped my relationship with food, from the ingredients and traditions we carry with us to the everyday rituals of cooking and eating together.

As a photographer, I’m drawn to colour, texture and the small details that make food feel tactile and inviting. I work with natural daylight as comfortably as I do with controlled studio light, finding the approach that best suits the food, atmosphere and story in front of me.

I speak English, Assamese and Hindi, with conversational German.
